My name is Klarissa Jones. Before I started at Paxton Vets, I volunteered with Scan Angels, travelling to check lost and found pets’ microchips to help reunite them with their owners.
I still currently do this in my spare time, along with collecting stray pets, helping those that have sadly passed over the Rainbow Bridge, and I have been fostering for years.
I absolutely adore animals — always have, always will. Ever since I was a child, I’ve wanted to care for them in any way I could, and seeing their little faces every day makes my job the best.
I have 7 beautiful cats of my own: Skylah, Bailey, Brandy, Shadow, the youngest (and naughtiest!) Mylo, plus Leo and Kallie.
I have worked hard to build a career in the veterinary industry and started at Paxton Vets as a receptionist. I am now delighted to be an Animal Care Assistant, doing what I love — caring for animals and helping them stay happy and healthy.
